Refund policy

Important:

  • Please try to be careful not to damage or throw away any packaging until you have checked and are completely happy with your purchase. 
  • Please check you have received the correct item, size and colour on packaging before opening.


Returns and Refund Policy 

We want you to be delighted with your new purchase form purus life but we understand that there are times when you may need to arrange a return. 

Order Cancellations 

It is free to cancel anytime up to the time you book/confirm a delivery date with the courier after which you will be charged a fee of £39.95 per desk, £19.95 per cabinet and £9.95 per any other item, this will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Returns

You have 30-days which to request a return from the date of delivery. There is a fee of £39.95 per desk, £19.95 per cabinet and £9.95 per any other to return. 

Please noteYour item must be in the original condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging without damage to product or packaging. 

Items returned not in the original packaging will be eligible for an extra repackaging fee of £29.95 per item.

Be sure to include your order number and reason for return.  

For health and hygiene reasons returns of mattresses and pillows have to be returned sealed and unopened in their original packaging. 

Refunds

We will notify you of refund once we’ve received and inspected your return. All costs will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Exchanges 

We are not able to process exchanges. You will have to follow the returns process above and place a new order for the item you want.   

Damages and issues

On receipt of your order please inspect the packaging and if damaged please take photos for our records. Please still excepted the parcel as our packaging is strong so usually the product is not affected. 

Then open as soon as possible and inspect the product and contact us immediately at info@puruslife.co.uk if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can work on rectifying the issue for you as quick as possible.
