With large items such as Desks, Chairs and Mattresses the courier will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you, you have a 2 week window to choose from.

If you receive a package that has damage to the outside packaging please take photos before opening so we can make sure you get a replacement for no additional fee if the product is damaged as well.
